Who sets up the decorations?
Quality Glam will set up all of our rented decorations and make sure it's perfect!
How can payments be made?
Payments can be made securely through our website or an invoice can be sent to you. For all invoices that are sent out, we accept payment via PayPal and Debit/Credit card.
What is your Refund Policy?
There are no refunds. All payments made are non-refundable.
Can I pick up the items that I'm renting?
At this time, we do not offer customer pick up.
How long can I rent your products?
All of our rentals are for same day pick up. Next day pick ups will be an additional product rental fee
