  • What is your Refund Policy?
    There are no refunds. All payments made are non-refundable. If cancellations occur, all payments made can be used for another date if the items are available.
  • How can payments be made?
    Payments can be made securely through our website or an invoice can be sent to you. For all invoices that are sent out, we accept all major Credit & Debit Cards. All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE. Although payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, they are transferrable to another date of your choice if your desired items are available. Please be advised that until payment is received and contract is signed, reservations are not confirmed.
  • Who sets up the decorations?
    Quality Glam will set up all of our rented decorations and make sure it's perfect! Please ensure there is sufficient space already cleared for our arrival.
  • Can I pick up the items that I'm renting?
    At this time, we do not offer customer pick up. Quality Glam delivers and picks up all of our items.
  • How long can I rent your products?
    All of our rentals are for same day pick up. Next day pick ups will be an additional product rental fee
